site in downtown Raleigh. It is now ready for mixed-use occupancy, including
office and retail. The Depot was the winner of the 2003 Real Estate
Deals of the Year (REDY) Award for Best Redevelopment Project in the
Triangle area.

Once one of the busiest passenger stations in eastern North Carolina,

for lease for offices or retail. Company Shops Station, as the building
is known, was the winner of the Department of Commerce's 2003 Mainstreet
Award for Best Adaptive Use Project.
